Removal of Shipwrecked Navigation


Problem: Removing a 70-meter ship wrecked for more than 100 years attending norms of international laws of archaeological artifacts.

Solution: Removal of the ship attending all of the technical norms, with the prevention surveys, underwater researches, wreck studies and collected material characterization; dredging of contaminated material, blasting of underwater rocks and conformation of the canal.

Added Value: Implementation of a specific service, turning around a negative situation and unexpected, without having an impact on the dredging operation or a growth of the canal draught, as initially predicted.

Dimensions: Draught dredged with 8,80 meters of navigable channel.
