About the process
The transformation of waste in raw material is made through specific technologies defined according to the physio-chemistry features of the material, as well as the generating source. Therefore, the process of valorization varies according to the characteristics of the waste.

Transformation and recovery of paper and pulp waste
The segment of paper and pulp generates high volumes of waste in its productive process – which, however, can be recovered by transforming the raw material in added value. For this, it’s necessary to apply technologies and process technics in the correct and efficient way.
Allonda has the technical capacity and structure to promote the valorization of such materials. From these studies on, it’s possible, for example, to produce bio mineral fertilizers, paints and pigments, as well as recovering fibers for the production of paper and asbestos-cement.
Alkali recovery
It’s a process of caustic soda recovery present in dregs – a generated residue in the causticizing process. Such process allows to prepare the liquid soda, that will be sent for reuse, of solid residue. The dregs are collected in a cake shape and benefited to be reused in civil construction and steel industry sectors, among others.
Organic waste
They can be transformed and applied as a production base for the fabrication of bio mineral, soil amendments and products for civil constructions, such as pavers and blocks. The process transforms solid waste in material of added value, for burns or reuse as raw material in other processes (dregs, lime mud, or boiler ash).
Treatment and recovery of pulp and cellulose
The process recovers the water used in big volumes and makes feasible the direct reuse, from the system of white water from the pulp and cellulose industry. Moreover, this procedure also recovers the cellulose fibers, which can be reused on the manufacture of paper and derivates sch as CMC and HEC, among other noble applications.
